No, it's a plugin. Safari's downloads under the "Activity" gay man's telescope in "gay man's telescope" but it's also just an flv. If it's not a critical file, the quality is acceptable.

i would also like to note, that i have seen censoring mentioned in comments on youtube videos that i have watched, yet i have not experienced this censoring.
maybe that script i use lets one watch the source flv, instead of a brewed one, i really sard turning off greasemonkey to check
