I have medical sunglasses that cost me $350 for my cone malformation (at the time they called it dystrophy) kicker? They don’t really work any better than what you can get at walmart…….

what is medical about them? if they were prescribed for a medical condition do they not do something beyond walmart sunglasses? at the very least they should be correcting your vision, no? and i would have thought some kind of super duper retina protective material

They are for indoor use I got them from the low vision center. The outdoor ones have all the special protection. The outdoor were prescribed and covered indoor they talked me into getting.

The thing that is special about the indoor ones they are blue-gray and protect from blue light. I can get blue light protection from other glasses that are much cheaper and help read screens just as well.
