Thanks Zim, yea I think I mentioned it in another thread a little while ago but in passing.



Ironman, the book is about looking at life's conventions in a different way, filtered through atheism & existentialism.

The aphoristic style allows for brief thought but in such a way to make a reader really ponder over each one.

How much time did it take you to write it and what is your advice to me if I want to write a book too?

It is an on-going process, at least for me. Been writing these for a long time, years really; but I guess you could say putting it together and getting it out there took about 2 to 3 months. Iron, if you have really specific questions about your project, just PM me and I'll try to answer whatever question you have about this.

Although that is funny there is truth to it as I have seen over the past 10 years of being more active in online forums. It is either a strong defensiveness approach or a kind of "barter" that will allow one to get a word in with most people. In other words, you can't dispel any kind of authority over them if they don't know you or if you haven't given them something yet. The "day of the seer" is over so to speak. With this forum as an exception, most conventional ones with more conventional "thinking" patrons, this sequence is almost guaranteed every time. It's disturbing; it implicates that there is a primal thing that takes priority first over everything else, even a good idea or something created out of passion for example.
