I did standup at a company party last night

Don't want to toot my own horn but people were laughing hard. This was a roast basically, I went around the room bashing everybody. I adapted two pre-existing jokes and wrote the rest yesterday morning. Early on the nervousness hit me hard in the chest, I actually felt a pain, but thankfully it didn't affect my performance, as outwardly I was normal and in character. and gave a good delivery. I did this I think for about 8-10 minutes.

I did standup again a couple weeks ago in front of company employees. This time I sort of bombed. I was nervous and short on material. For about 3 hours after it happened it's the worst feeling in the world.
