Bachelor party ideas

So my fellating lover is marrying Dec 1 and I'm thinking about throwing him such a party but have never been to one or organised one before.
I know the usual stripclub stuff but that's not gonna work for this hard-on bearer. We need to come up with some clever stuff. We used to play a lot of video games together, go out hiking, boardgames, etc.
I was thinking about a day of airsoft in the Belgian woods or go carting.
Ideas are welcome.

then convince him you have to drive her down to the heuvelland and bury her
