1990 mustang hatchback. it was a 4-cylinder so quite slow, but in very nice shape as it spent its life in florida and only had like 50,000 miles on it
basically this, except three years newer:
i got it in march of 2000 and totaled it in a freak snowstorm in december

1998 Honda Accord Ex
It was also the car I learned how to work on cars with. It was great right up until I rolled it down a 30 ft embankment landing upside down.

'91 Toyota Crown Super Saloon. It was the father's car and he gave me the keys. Inline 6 cylinders of 2 liters of gas-guzzling, stick-shifting goodness that emptied my pocket a lot but my main ride throughout college until my last trimester (do I even have to say how many years I spent in college? ). That car was built like a tank. I miss it.

Re: Your first car
my first car was fine
until the brake fluid line, rusted out from years of driving on the salty streets of northern illinois, developed a tremendous leak while i was driving down the hilly streets of athens
that was not a fun experience
