and how fast did you run it

i like to run, but whenever i start getting to a semi acceptable level my knees start to hurt and then i stop for a few months

then the cycle repeats

i slowly ran probably less than a mile today

it was a half marathon, and thus half the length of a conventional marathon

i ran it in 2:07:07, or seven minutes slower than my previous slowest time, and fourteen minutes slower than my fastest

however i got to see beautiful athens once more, along with some of the more amusing absurdities of the gathered crowd

and got a bitchingly neat race shirt

so, good times
