Fuck depression fuck dissociation fuck fear of failure fuck angst fuck my mind bringing me down fuck relationships fuck modern slavery fuck disrespecting jobs fuck jealousy fuck love fuck hate although I've got too much of it that I can't let out and I'm getting sick of the void I feel every fucking day. A happy moment is gone just like that and then the darkness comes back. No I have not been drinking I just need to vent a bit.

Thanks buddy. Appreciate it. I'm ok now. Got some nice projects coming up. Full length album production and some other smaller projects.

Yeah, it's been a rollercoaster these last two years getting into therapy and working on my own psychology and behaviour patterns. It takes so long to get out of the waves of depression because it's like how the tied moves. Slowly but suddenly it takes a hold of you as if the sea is beginning to flood.
Studying your own mind (with help) is so weird and frightning but also eye-opening, exciting, interesting and redeeming.

i used to deal with depression for years but that kind of morphed into more anxiety and less depression. sometimes i have moments where i think everyone is suddenly against me but i try to remind myself that everything is actually okay
it's always good to remember that there are people who care even when you think there aren't
