Eulogy

Post by Uni777 »

My dear old granny died last friday night.. That night i wrote a nice piece about her. Though i dread reading it aloud in front of a bunch of people.
If i don't do it nobody will. My parents have no idea how to deal with such a thing. And granny deserves it.

i find it a very hard thing to do..

Sorry for your loss. It's always hard but it's totally worth doing your part. I played a song on guitar at my grandmother's funeral and everybody loved it and they walked away with a beautiful memory saying farewell to her. It creates closure for other family members as well.

You won't crap it up because it comes from the heart.

This is a brave thing to do. I have a large family, I cower behind relatives.
