i only ever take a 15-minute nap or a three-hour nap

i never know which it will be beforehand :eek:

and generally the 15-minute nap is the more refreshing of the two :dizzy:

Sometimes it works for me but most of the time:

1. I'm tired the rest of the day, just wanting to go to bed, or:
2. Fucking nauseous for the rest of the day.
