English language trends
In the office I see more and more people phrasing comments like this:
"We are needing..."
"We are requiring..."
Instead of just saying "We need", "We require".
Anybody else seen this happening more and more?

this is not an interesting observation
and arent they sort of different tenses or something
like "we need more food right now" vs "we are needing more food these days". at least i think that is more common usage
