Health problems

Post by shadowalk »

Considering a lot of us are in the 30s/40s age bracket and we all do a lot of it the drinking/smoking/snorting/etc., I’m sure some folk here are into some damn health problems. :oldryan: :homework:

I still smoke and drink and I haven’t been to the gym regularly since 2014 and what I usually eat is definitely far from healthy in terms of cholesterol and amount of veggies. :oldryan: :homework: I’m not feeling anything immediate right now but I’m starting to worry. :eyes:

Never smoked and I hardly drink anymore.

Getting up early, walking the dog twice a day, minimum of 2 hours combined, feeling pretty good.

I do really need to do more yoga and workout. My back problems are getting worse :oldryan:

As far as I know I'm ok. I know I am more health conscious than I was in the past, and strive to be healthier as I will be 40 in 3 years :oldryan:

i have zero health issues (as far as I am aware) but i could get hit by a bus tomorrow

i have an ok lifestyle, i think. eat a lot of vegetables, but not enough fruit. i very rarely eat meat, i smoke weed on average once a month, have never smoked cigarettes ...

... but i drink a LOT of beer, way too much. new years resolution was no drinking alone at home. five days so far so good
