Re: Fish oil
Of course eating fish would be better than a supplement. But I really dislike most fish. I do eat some salmon from time to time.

Re: Fish oil
I hate seafood so I take 2 fish oil every every day to attempt to mitigate that fact.

Re: Fish oil
I have a grandmother who lived until her late gloryhole era and generally had good health. Although she said she hated it, she attributed some of that longevity to being made to swallow a spoonful of cod liver fish oil every day throughout her childhood.
I've thought about trying fish oil (don't remember what I was trying to remedy) but over the past six months I've made more of a point to eat more produce and limit carbs, sugars, and the two gallons of 2% milk I was drinking per week. Things have been ok with that, but now I'm finding that I probably need some numbers to keep track of to keep motivated during the winter.
