Thanks man. I’ve plateaued myself the last 4 days at 197. Need to get on the elliptical again and burn off all this lose gut skin. It’s nasty as hell looking.

I ain't making no fitness outside of all the running around I do at work in this period. Just been jamming less food and booze combined with work and I'm down about 35lbs since the beginning of June.

Damn man that’s amazing. counting cals and carbs is the key to it. When I started it was 1,200 calories and 30 carbs a day. Now I’m down to between 400-800 calories a day and 50 carbs or less. On my “cheat” days I still count everything but allow about 1,200 cals and don’t count carbs.

I'm not even doing that at the moment.

Jam whatever for breakfast that's gonna fill me up. Usually finish off the cawfee around 11am-noon and it's just water after that till dinner. I just try and eat a reasonable meal without overeating and feeling like shit.

Weekends roll around and I still try and eat reasonably but I don't hold back if there's something I really want. Never drank a ton of soda to begin with but i drink the absolute shit out of zevias and sparkling waters.

Sometimes but not often. My stomach has shrunk an unbelievable amount. If I do feel hungry I’ll just have a couple pieces of beef jerky, a stick of light string cheese, and/or a chocolate protein shake. Usually does the trick and holds me over until lunch or the next day.

Dark roast espresso in the mornings and a metric fuck ton of water is what sustains me.

100 is a cool weight to bench too.

180 was 23 years ago, couldn't manage it now, but hopefully, get somewhere near again.
