Secret ardvark habanero and the Bronx Serrano are my go tos on eggs and sandwiches. Mezetta hot habanero goes on my tacos/burritos.

I keep it simple and alternate between Frank's and Sriracha, and then balance it with some sour cream. I don't mind a taste of some exotic hot sauce here and there, but too much can ruin an entire meal for me.

Bibigo Gochujang Sauce, Walkerswood Las Lick Jerk Sauce, Franks Red Hot, Cholula Sweet Habanero, and El Yucateco Green Chile Habanero are my favs.

I don't put hot sauce on everything but having a select few on hand really brings out some foods.

I'll have to try that Secret Aardvark.
