cold as fuck here, currently 9°C at 9:22AM, grey with patches of sunshine. drinking the cawfee. got to walk on campus, do some writing, take a shit, then come home and record a podcast. take another virulent shit, cook dinner. no beer today as i downed two pints yesterday and am being more careful now since last weekend when i had my biggest drunk explosion in over six months
