Newer comp monitors question.

Post by Z's bouncy tits »

Is it normal on modern led monitors, Samsung in this case, to have to press the jog button on the back, to fire up the display, after a while powered down?

the answer is inside your monitor, you will need a screwdriver, do you have one?

at home, i usually just turn my monitor off when i put my PC in sleep mode and then i'd turn it on again when i get back

i don't do this in the workplace as i just CTRL-ALT-DEL + lock my laptop there and leave it alone when i go out for dinner but when i get back, i never needed to press a button on the monitor - just do the CTRL-ALT-DEL thing to unlock your computer and that's it

I have many a screwdriver.

It is weird, but works.

Just a weird monitor question.

That may be the trick. Is that for many lives?

I rarely ctrl-alt-del.

Thanking ye.

It hasn't blown up yet, so I'd say result. Unlike the car.
