Talk about faeces, I've had the shits for four days. Only this morning did I leave something solid again. But it was very light coloured, like caramel. I suspect a bad protein shake :frown: Saturday night was the worst, it felt like my gut was exploding.

I've been eating a lot of fucking bread lately considering the fact that I'm poor and got a shitload of free bread and cake from my store's bakery. What does this mean? It means I had epically humongous shits for the past few days.

I did 93kg x 5 the other day, but I have no more weights for my barbell, it seemed pretty easy... I'm going to tie some little dumbbells to the bar and hope they stay on during my lift... hopefully I'll progress somewhat until I get access to more plates.



How are you training for 150?

I lift the weight that I can handle until it becomes easy and then I add some more weight ;-) Next time I will try 140kg :xx: I already had moments where I thought I could add no more. But no. I also started squatting again. And I will add weight, but slowly this time. Last time I hurt my back a bit, squatting is easy to do wrong. I should also stretch a bit.

I just taped on two 10lb rubber dumbells to the bar today and got 215lb (97kg) x 5, it felt really hard, I actually had a headache afterwards.



I'd like to squarsh too, but I feel unsafe without a power rack. So I generally just deadlift and overhead press, sometimes I'll ask a fellating lover to spot me on the benchpress, but that is just because I can't overhead press each workout without my back getting torn apart.

i think i did around 400 lbs. in high school. in college a 320 bench, 420 squarsh, and 310 power clean.

Yea that is good, I assume that's only around 10kg from bodyweight presses, plus the dumbbells add some more difficulty to it.



I've stalled trying to get 43kg for 3 sets of 5 twice in a row now, the most I've gotten is 3x3 :oldryan:. I relaly enjoy presses, no real need for a spot.

Killer delts erny. I do 55kg military barbell presses(to the front, but recently behind the neck), with DB's I'm using 28kg ones for 6-8 nose picks but that's after the barbell press so I'm already tired, gonna try switching the order around and work the DB's harder.



I'm deadlifting 100 now 2x6(with some 2-3 sets for warmup/acclimation) touching the floor like I've seen tons of people do but the trainers at my gym keep bugging me to maintain constant tension/do stiff legged deadlifts(which I don't like, since I'm forced to hold my breath and they exhaust my glutes and not my back, and I'm already killing my glutes on leg day with squats, hyperextensions, curls and lunges).



Btw what creatine monohydrate do you all suggest trying(assuming anyone takes it/has taken it)?

somehow i ended up in a conversation with my girlfriend on the subject of defecating. she told me she only goes once every couple of days. i thought this was completely messed up as i go a couple times a day. :oldryan: :mmno:

Try this military press: First do your normal bench series (ie; 10 x 60kg, 8 x 70kg, 4 x 80 kg, 3 x 3 x 90 kg, 3 x 5 x 80 kg, 2 x 10 x 70kg) then military press 20 x 40 kg three times. Do it that barbell touches your chest and push your arms as straight as you can everytime. Keep about 1 minute pause between series.

First two series of this should go pretty easily but the third one might get a bit short ;----)
