Anyone here gte really depressed for no reason at all?

I've been getting fucking depressed every single night for no reason at all, and it's starting to get on my nerves.

I get depressed for seemingly no reason kinda often. It gets way worse when the time of the month rolls around.

Well, the relaxation from smoking is mostly because you're breathing deeply. You can get pretty much the same thing from meditative exercises.

The only time i ever get depressed is over chicks and i havent been in anything remotely serious in nearly a year. Other than that i like to maintain a PMA. I drink a LOT too.
