Disgraced Japanese politican Ryutaro Nonomura was recently exposed for trying to claim over 3 million yen in travel expenses and had a public meltdown as a result. Guitarist RioT_Clover thought this was a perfect meltdown to cover on guitar and does so exceptionally.
