how do his clean vocals sound live? i'm thinking the videos don't do them justice
 
is this that show where he went on stage with cannibal corpse and did some vocals with george? if so, awesome.

honestly they sounded pretty spot on - I know on the one mic he had some kind of reverb thing going on.
