I've heard that pigeon, when actually raised as livestock (and not as rats with wings), is pretty tasty.

I had some of these sunny-side up back in our old farm when I was a youngin. Tastes somewhat like a duck sunny side up egg except that the serving is really small. You'd probably need at least three or four paired with rice or bread to fill you up somewhat.
From where I come from, duck eggs are known to be the tastiest and are much better than chicken eggs although they're not as readily available.
