I've been watching a lot of this Chris Jericho lookalike for some time now. His take on Indian food is

Does it fall under the usual "tastes like chicken" category as with all 'exotic' meats?

I enjoy watching Master Chef Professionals with Marcus Wareing but probably preferred it when Michel Roux Jr was the main host/judge but it's still really good. Saturday Kitchen is also pretty decent, I enjoy Rick Steins segments the most. :ba:

I have only really watched Rick Steins segments on Saturday Kitchen, I have assumped that they're from his show "From Venice to Istanbul". I think I enjoy that because I like Rick Stein and I have one of his books on seafood...probably my favourite cook book.

Definitely worth having!
