ive used windows since windows 95. and i liked windows 7. but windows 10 is so shit that ive decided to check out the other options. or at least need to figure out how to switch back to windows 7

Blackberries taste great and Windows 10 is fine. I've used Windows since 3.1
I have a Mint distro running on my laptop and Win10 on my desktop.

The wallpaper is Banff, by the way. I'm pretty sure you could drop your camera at that place, have it randomly go off when it falls, and still get a great shot.

i'm running windows 10 at home and work, no issues with it. i work on a lot of linux stuff, mostly debian/ubuntu servers, no desktops tho.

I use Arena&Stockfish to go through my own games and sometimes to practice endgames. It's too strong for full games
I joined a second chess club this year, I like to play people
I might play 30 to 40 games a year this way. I'm too old for internet chess, it kills my eyes and back

I play the queens gambit with white and the modern defence and the benoni with black
Getting comfortable with this. Now I notice my level of play drops in the middlegame so I want to improve that. And my calculating skills aren't very good. I do blunder much less

I play the Caro-Kann as black against E4, my reasoning is that it forces certain responses from white - unsure whether this is correct but I picked it and will stick with it for a while. As white I play D4 but I am not so experienced in this opening yet, lots of London system. Where an opponents opening forces a certain line I try to be as sound as possible in my responses and just hope there aren't any tricks or tactics against them.
