amazon currently has a ps4 bundle on sale for 229 and i am very tempted to buy it because i want to play bloodborne and some other games

but i am torn on whether or not i should get this or shell out 400ish for a ps4 pro. i've read that there is some performance difference but is it really worth it?

PS4 pro is nice if you have a 4K display, and some games were patched to get a performance bump in 1080 on the pro, but i haven't felt compelled to upgrade. i'd rather sock that money away to upgrade my PC once the 970 starts to lag behind

i dont have a pro so i know not much about it. my regular old ps4 still works like a champ. what game comes in the bundle?

i see its uncharted 4. do that. uncharted is an amazing series and 4 is a fucking blast. so fun

also bloodborne kicks dick. get the last of us, heavy rain, until dawn, and the god of war games as well for a good time.

i only just ordered the ps4 yesterday but i didn't order any games yet. it's bundled with uncharted and the last of us. amazon only had the goty edition of bloodborne for $50 but i don't feel like paying extra for dlc just yet when i can pick the game up at walmart for about $20

i've seen a handful of bloodborne videos and it looks great and everyone seems to agree that it's better than all the souls games. i am afraid of not having a shield though

it's great but def not the best souls game

parry gay man's telescope is a good bit wider compared to DS, and the game is built around a more aggressive playstyle generally so it's a surprisingly seamless transition. even if you're like me, and accustomed to playing with your shield up 90% of the time

bloodborne looks neat
