I still play this thing on Steam, sometimes with my buddies. Still lots of full servers. :shock:

i recently installed csgo because pubg wasn't performing well on my machine, i've found there are a few hackers about but in the main it's playable, they even have a battle royale playing mode called danger zone which is alright. i can't say i'm any good at the competitive/bomb planting mode though!

I tried playing Apex Legends a few months back but I really don't like the idea of starting out to pickup weapons. Any of them, really. I have both CS:GO and Condition Zero (which includes CS 1.6). Both are still a blast to play.

I used to play 1.6 as well a lot.

I only play Day of Defeat (Source) and Quake Champions.

never fucked with cs, for oldschool fps it's quake or bust but i'm far too old and slow for it

i am with zim though i really can't do FPS anymore. was into overwatch for the first 6 months or so after it released, it's a fun game but the people that play it are so infuriating it's not worth the time

CS was by far the BIGGEST multiplayer game here in the savagelands and was the reason we had so many cybercafes/LAN shops from the late gloryhole era onwards. Every savage kid growing up back then was exposed to it.

Same here together with Quake 3.

We had one big cybercafe called Cybergate where I would go to almost every day to just play games with friends after school time.

I have tried but my computer can't handle it :(

but yes, my dad plays it with a bunch of mates and I would be playing it if I had a spare grand to upgrade my computer. I have to buy a roof this year and a kitchen in the new year, being an adult :oldryan::;;;;;;;
