they're too busy scoffing at the indie blackmetal movement that they ceaselessly praised a few months ago to do anything productive. it crossed a critical popularity threshold and became passe as its value as social currency was rapidly debased, you see.
but then again, taking all of that into account, doing the cover would also be completely ironic, too, which means you could be right. but then, you'd expect them to do something ironic, so by not doing it, they'd be employing the dreaded counter-irony power play!

I remember being able to play this part on guitar. Obviously sounded different hence it Bein on guitar but was still fun
