There's probably many bands that would be glad to have him at the helm, whether they are good bands or not is another story. There's plenty of options for him really.

I saw them once - nothing special kind of reminded me of a gwar show just without the blood and more sex. I heard that even their live show sucks now though.

I thought he would go back to the Genitorturers, since he just exited Morbid Angel again, but it seems that has not happened. So, if they are divorced, that may have something to do with it
