When I hit play to listen to this Megadeth's Good Mourning/Black Friday was immediately followed by a Macy's Black Friday commercial :tvrky:

There's an hour left I think, and it hasn't played yet. So you didn't have to sit through an hour of meh.

Good to know :santa: The playlist has been solid so far, so no worries there. Waiting around for this thing to happen takes me back 15+ years :redneck:

Back in the day I would always tune into Mandatory Metallica with my tape recorder ready, because they played alot of the b-sides and stuff that wasn't easily available at that time. :redneck:

For some reason the title didn't tip me off that this was the song featured on their most recent tour, but I instantly recognized it. Good stuff, although I think it worked better in at least a couple of the live videos for various reasons. Nevertheless, well worth hearing :santa:

It sounds like it's collapsing on itself...like a skyscraper crumbling and nearly falling over.

Here's the lyrics the best I can transcribe...there's some obvious errors, but Im confident this is at least 73% correct

to amend any treason
?
The weight of all gods share a witness?
So beith the law
Any being beneath the sky
Shall know a mercy within the herd
and shall know it full
The wrath of the gods beneath the earth?

No innocent/Now listen?

These feeble yet volatile human beings
has bisbyis? unnacceptable
Their learning to self consume in misery
has made them everything expendable
Their raging reason questions their understanding
Their clues is anything but logical
lifeless men that the facts will show beyond a doubt
The evidence scared to see

I share your hatred
And I share your disgust
And I second the notion beyond a doubt
They are expendable to us

release our demons of the underworld
release the wrath of all our kin
unleash the demons within the soil
Let the scourging now begin

Now come a fury upon this world
Now come to bring upon the end of light
Resolve demnad of the sukkapai?
resume us, this burning?

I like it a lot. It's little bit slower than live version, but it's not a bad thing. Bass sounds good, guitars seem to be to silent, hidden, but after just few seconds it's obvious it's Morbid Angel. Less than week :xx:
