raw master version of the Kingdoms Disdained

Post by -M- »

Hi everyone, I wanna again share the free download link for the raw master version I made of the Kingdoms Disdained record.
https://drive.google.com/file/d/10DOPQZ ... voytl/view
Check it out, I hope ya like it.
Also, looking forward to see ya all in the USA in February-March next year when we do a tour with Cannibal Corpse.
Should be pretty cool.

It's a bit better. Which tells us mastering choked it out some too but the real issue is at the mix level. You can also still hear the artificial lisp on steves vocals. But the guitars are breathing a bit more and moving better in this. Drums will naturally sound a bit louder hear being before mastering.

This might just be the vinyl version then. :santa:

(I didn’t check the sample rate/bit depth though)

Could be, although from what I heard so far it sounds like the same sonic press just obviously different medium destination. Although with some low end clean up to spare the lathe.
I have listened to the "hi-rez" files too and they don't sound that much better. I mean, who knows what these things are really. Somebody can have a truncated file, re-export it as 24-bit 96KHz and say "look high rez files!!" :hard-on bearer:
