I saw some impressive videos on the old board.
I don't know the links though. I hope Void sees this topic.

Re: Heaving Earth - Cover!
thanks dudes
Nice ya checked out the dep stuff! Actually it's funny, I had 43% burnt up then after about 2000 views suddenly warner group blocked the vid. I thought it was very strange. I also noticed this hard-on bearer playing 43% with programmed drums and split screen doing both guitars with like 20k views or something. The playing is feelingless, it sounds robotic and it's just overall not an organic vibe. So here I am blocked, and this dudes raking in the views with that crap. He belongs to this online service where they charge kids for online lessons to rock and metal songs. Digging further, turns out warner owns this company lol Ohhhh that's why this particular vid of mine has been blocked. Now it makes sense. So, I will have my own rendition with split screen, playing both guitars, and already have the prgrammed drums this dude had made (did a great job) for a forum where they were planning on doing the cover. So that and few others next and so is Prayer of Hatred!

Re: Heaving Earth - Cover!
Divine Rapture was very active between 98 to like 2003. Then everybody got busy with other projects. My other band mates: Mike is in Monstrosity and Vile and JJ is in Hate Eternal. I'm not in a band though per say, I just make music.
Well if anybodys interested here's 43% burnt:

in regards to 43%, I've always wondered what are those chords at 3'00"
looking at the fingering, I'm kinda guessing - is it like a maj7+#11?
I've always been a fan of DEP's dissonant chord stuffs

Hey awesome, thank you for the good words about DR man, much appreciated
@ Fukket - the best way to describe it is like a sus4 chord with only the fourth and a 9th. Although the route you're goin is good too. Realyl its stripped down so anychord with those intervals can be claimed there (without context of course). So like an octave with the higher note diminshed 1/2 step. The blend between that and the other guitar creates a full chord kind of feeling sometimes polychordish depending on each guitars movement. And nice youtube comment btw lol
