yeah i guess it is, but i think its one of the best songs from the gloryhole era . if we were posting this 17 or 18 years ago i would of said the song sucked, but after years pass the hype goes away and i can actually enjoy it for what it is without any influence by overplaying or popularity change my opinion
^if that makes any sense
orange crush is cool too

This is my favorite R.E.M. song and definitely one of my all-time favorite songs. <!-- m -->http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j7oQEPfe-O8<!-- m -->
God, that song has so much nostalgic feeling to it that it's not even funny anymore.

4realz, that's still the latest as far as i'm concerned. i guess that i haven't listened to them since then probably doesn't help that perspective too much
even ignoring that though, remembering going to concerts more than half a lifetime ago, fuck. even after going to probably well over a hundred of them, the whole concert experience is still in some way novel to me, and so it throws me for a loop to think i've been going to them that long (much longer actually since my first was in the mid-80's, moody blues at the worcester centrum popped my concert cherry, way back in the day and probably before at least a few people who post here were even conceived let alone born), and i'm not even old at all and i will be the first to say that, even though we have folks here who are the same age basically, as you and i, folks who profess to be old men but are actually fairly delusional about the length of their existence thus far (and by folks i mean folk as in the singular, and by folk as in the singular, i mean ryan) -- but goddamn it makes me feel old, even though i am not.
dude we're not old it's all good
