I just bought my copy today. It's the deluxe edition with the 3rd CD packed with goodies. I'll be jamming this all week in the car and in the office.

I remember hearing something on Gateways that I never heard previously to owning those monitors and Heretic just sounds...better. Although most people would miss the added bass normal speakers provide. There's something I love about the sound of H through these.

Re: hardwired to self destruct predictions
So far, Hardwired and Spit Out The Bone are easily the best tracks for me and are definitely the thrashiest. Dream No More is growing on me though, that is one heavy downtuned riff.
I'm loving the live versions of Jump In The Fire and Metal Militia on the 3rd CD.

Re: hardwired to self destruct predictions
i think my eight-song mix is pretty solid, it doesn't burn up my ears or anything though. death magnetic is the superior album
one day i will listen to those other four tracks again but of late i have listened to almost nothing other than the new meshuggah, neurosis, & cough, plus a whole bunch of assorted hour-long ambient mixes
and as i don't listen to as much music as i used to i am less willing to just throw shit on
