Re: Upcoming Concerts (New Edition)
Just got back from hatebreed and clutch.
They tore it up as usual. Picked up a beanie and the red and gold logo hoodie.
Some info I could've done without. Two chicks behind me were talking about when Jean-Paul stood up from the drums after the last song I guess he was sweaty and they could see the outline of his dick stuck to his leg. All of a sudden I hear one of them “holy shit that drummer has a big wang!”

Indeed they did. I wish they were headlining so I got a much longer set
Tickets were 3rd row from center stage. So we were super close. I forgot how fucking right they are live

I might go see Immolation this coming Sunday since I have Monday off. Terrorizer is also doing a show on 11/15 that I'm going to try to check out. And then of course Morbid Angel and Incantation

I think I'm going to come in to work an hour early on Friday so I can get off at 8PM and see Terrorizer. The venue site says they're supposed to be on stage at 9PM (wish more venues would offer this info) so I'll probably go straight from work and watch the show in my FedEx uniform like a nutcasePaste Human wrote:I might go see Immolation this coming Sunday since I have Monday off. Re: Upcoming Concerts (New Edition)
Just got back from this. Really great show. Lee Harrison and whoever the bassist/vocalist is were fantastic choices to fill out the lineup. Pete did a fine job. I still think his style of drumming has way more character and intensity than these guys who go into robot mode and do 2000 bpm. Also he has dreadlocks nowPaste Human wrote:I think I'm going to come in to work an hour early on Friday so I can get off at 8PM and see Terrorizer. I left about halfway through Nile's set. They sounded fine but I didn't recognize any of the music and I was about four drinks in and still needed to drive home. Kind of a small venue but it was totally packed which was cool to see.

Cool. I am seeing this next month. They are playing a place I’ve never been to before that usually hosts punk/hardcore so should be interesting.Paste Human wrote:Just got back from this. Re: Upcoming Concerts (New Edition)
slayer was tighter than a nuns cunt. Don’t understand all the people that complain about them live either because it’s the same setlist or whatever. It can’t be their playing because they had a ton of energy through the entire set and Tom was in good spirits.
Great bookend seeing slayer with pantera on their last ever tour at the fargodome, to now seeing Phil cover pantera on slayers last tour ever at the fargodome.
Uncle Al tore it up as well
