I'll have to check these suggestions out. I DO remember the Remix & Repent stuff but never heard it. Can't wait to spin em.

meshuggah did a remix of a rammstein song a few years ago and i remember enjoying it alright

also the super slow remix they did of concatenation is pretty cool

the conclusion i have drawn is that if someone put together a meshuggah remix compilation album i would listen to that

not a surprise but i am saying it anyway :santa:

I remember that concatenation remix is was better than the original. Thank you for the mention. I do not, however, remember hearing the ramstein cover. Will look into it.

The thing Laibach did with a couple Morbid Angel songs is the only remix of interest of interest to me I can think of that I've heard. It was worth hearing out of curiosity but I don't think they really added much substance to the music.

What The Cure did with "A Forest" was really cool, if that counts as a remix. I'm not sure if they ever recorded the slowed down atmospheric version in a studio, but what they did live is way better than the original studio version imo.

I <3 that song. I should find the Laibach version even if it's not much deviation from the original, I'd still dig it..
