Re: hey 2z
Here is the long story...
When I was 16/17 I had gone through my learnings of Black / Death Metal and I went to college and the Metalcore thing was ramping up and there was a really cool scene emerging. Obviously being matured through bards like this I was completely elistist but I got into the metal core scene through the energy of the live shows etc, plus it was fun and started to play in bands doing that thing was alot of fun.
I loved Architects then and they were top 5 band for me but you just posted all the more recent stuff that I can't enjoy really. I really like the older stuff and that has alot of nostalgia for me. I even booked them for a gig in my home town, they cost £250!
Here are some older songs I liked, the newest album seems good but I've listened a couple of times and felt done with it.
I have a great memory of talking to tom for a long time at a gig who unfortunately has passed away since and a bad memory of the bassists when we booked them that sullied my feelings at the time...I wish them all the best success but I think they lost me a few albums ago.

Hey 2z
I bought all their albums off amazon except nightmare which was unavailable. I don’t think they’ve made a bad record but the last 3 are my favorites (Holy Hell, Lost Forever // Lost Together, All Our Gods Have Abandoned Us)

They all sound the same to me tbh, lots of burping. They were a huge part of my taste like 15 years ago, I have their first demo on cd too.
Check out heartless, I really like that one.

Didn’t know this band. Older stuff sounds a lot like Dillinger.
