i have been a big fan of father john misty since his solo debut

also recently got into joanna newsom, she is a phenomenal lyricist

she opened for thou when i saw them earlier this year. didn't know her material so we only caught the last song or two of her set and i really regret not showing up earlier :oldryan:

Dax is pretty good Poe-icist. Even his solo work is worth checking out.

My all time fav would be Jim Morrison. No one can paint an image with words, add a sense of sexual, political, and philosophical intricacies to a song better than him.
