Ash (Irish band)

Post by Aðalsteinn »

Did any of you fine people discover and enjoy the brilliance of this mid-gloryhole era Belfast-based group ^_^ ?

Their debut album 1977 is one of my alltime favs.
They did maintain their popularity well into the naughts, but I suspect this was mostly a European phenomenon :tvrky:

Ash sound pretty average gloryhole era but I will check them out on spotify. I love finding new to me/obscure bands of the gloryhole era

Ash could've been big somewhere else. Definitely not here in the states :santa:
