Also, if you’re down for the catchy choruses, how the hell is ceremony not your number 1? Or at least top 3? That chorus is the best and catchiest thing they’ve done since change, imo. Wish it was longer. At least one more chorus, probably two.

Van Helen essentially did that to Michael Anthony. Made him a contracted employee instead of an actual band member.

That’s dirty. Bands are definitely a grind even well established huge acts. Makes you realize some your fav musicians are assholes. Sucks.
