Line-6 Spider Jam question

Post by vO)))id »

Hey guys,

My fellating lover has bought this Line-6 amp, that has an integrated recording system with which you can jam to pre-recorded songs.

I guess this is nice for starters, I really didn't know anything about this amp. But anyways... the amp records your jams to a SD memory card, with files that have the extension ".jam". He was asking me if it was possible to load this file into music software, and bounce it to mp3, wav or whatever so he can listen it over his stereo, without having to connect his amp back to stereo speakers or whatnot.

Is there anyone familiar with this and is there some software that reads these files?

Thanks in advance.

Jam2Wav converts JAM files to WAVs that you can play or edit on your computer.

they usually have them at guitar-center, you should check them out. tap record once and start playing, press stop when done, and then playback with automatic loop. awesome amp to play with

I have not heard that much of a positive feedback from these Spider III amps. They keep making too much sizzling in the sound. Don't have personal experience but would like to have! That recording option is a very nice treat on the amp.

I think Line 6 should only be used in the home, I would never record rhythm guitar on one of these amps,
