When I used Elixir, those lasted for about a year. The ones I currently have (D'Addario) will probably last me for about 4-6 months. I have sweaty palms.

I've had the same set of strings for two years. I may change them just for good measure.

about once a year. i love the weird, decayed sound they start to pick up after six or so months

i leave them on for a really long time, maybe 5-6 months. they start to sound like shit after a couple months but i am lazy.
