minimum number of songs for an album

how many songs do you think is enough for an album? i've always thought 7 is about the minimum but i suppose it also depends on the length of the songs

the albumest thing i've ever contributed to was like four tracks
the actual answer does not exist, an album in the proper sense is just basically a cohesive piece of music and you can take as many or as few tracks as you need to get there
