I went through a phase of electronic music but eventually got back into extreme metal again.

Less and less death metal, got into more obscure black metal and experimental stuff.
Now I'm just really enjoying rock, some more indie/experimental metal genres, acoustic things like country, folk, americana... My fandom of sludge and stoner like Neurosis never stopped.
I guess just less extreme things.
I do really dig the new Cannibal Corpse tho.

Not a great deal of change for me honestly. I am into some rap and synthwave now but it's still mostly rock and metal and the same solo artists.
