I don't know. It varies as I run with my dog, I just got a fitbit charge 3 so I'll be able to measure that.
I start off easy and slowly work up to a higher pace but try to stay around 130 to 140 bpm heart rate-wise.
Yeah I dig nogi. My professor is actually going for his black belt in 10th planet. He's known Eddie for quite a while.
I think I'll stay away from 10th planet for now because Eddie will literally spend 40 minutes talking about how the earth is flat during class on the regular. Also everyone there treats every roll like it's a tournament, and I don't need to get injured just to satisfy some dude's gym ego.
How? are there gyms open or do you have access to some weights? Good to see you getting back into it
I have a few bits (bands, limited weights, kettlebells, pull up bar), been trying to keep on top of things, work on some issues I've had with my shoulder again etc.

I'm actually in the market for some bands. Any you'd recommend?
I've had my bands for about a decade, finally getting significant use out of them! I purchased from Iron Woody but like everywhere with sports equipment I am not sure what supply times are like. EliteFTS are another brand I know that is US based but I'm sure Amazon has cheaper alternatives.
I purchased some some "mini" bands from Amazon which are branded Gritin and while I bought these for rehab they are great for training biceps and shoulders because they're easy to double up and increase the resistance slightly. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Gritin-Resista ... B07L9WLKZQ
You can get kits from Amazon which I've seen suggested by a bunch of instagram accounts, they allow the bands to be hooked under or around door frames but I haven't ordered as I've got enough kit to keep me going - they come under many different brand names and are probably all from the same Chinese factory but here is an example: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B06W5RPRTF/ ... _lig_dp_it

Amazing! you can get so much done with that, good luck with it.
I sold my squarsh rack, bar and most of my plates last year for PEANUTS. I've been told that weights are going for £4/kg now, normally it's £1/kg. A fellating lover of mine basically sold his gym just to cash in.
When I get my own place I'll start accumulating a few more bits and pieces with any future LOCK-DOWN in mind but I miss the gym and it being separate to the rest of my life.
Gonna order some running shoes so I can start doing that again. I haven't ran in almost 4 years, but the monotony of inactivity is really starting to get to me.
got a stupid scrapple watch so i can force myself to pay attention to how lazy i am all the time in an effort to not be
hitting all them daily goals so far. currently going on walks for a few miles every day, doing the big uphill route near my house this week. probably do it for another week or two after that until i'm feeling a bit more back in shape before i start running properly again
My professor is opening up the gym on Monday. He couldn't secure a loan so he's basically forced into it. Even if I hadn't moved, I still wouldn't go train. I wish him the best, but it's still way too early and there are still huge covid spikes happening all over the country.
