Issue even medically you need some THC for CBD to work properly.

Yeah like curing cancer and other diseases but it does legit help with anxiety and pain. Some migraine sufferers CBD is the one thing that helps, same with insomnia (probably if its anxiety related). It has also been shown to with seizures, even the US prescribes a medicine made from it for that.
