Re: Day off tomorrow
days off feel weird with my job. like my work doesn't get picked up by someone else, i essentially hit pause on whatever i'm doing and have to resume when i get back, it's annoying stressful. but also i work at home and the hours are really loose so i'm kind of spoiled already. need to do some travelin'
you know what else is weird, my first job was walmart and i worked there on and off for about 3 years. any time i needed a day off they would guilt trip me hard and make me feel like shit for calling in. it kind of stuck with me after all those years and i always hesitate to ask for time off

I don't jam a ton of the liquor. So that one sounds familiar but I don't know that I've ever had it.

i know what you mean, much is similar for. i set all my own hours with the exception of tuesdays and wednesdays when i have to do 9-5. and i am a consultant with three different organisations so no leave or anything, if i don't work, i don't get paidzim wrote: ↑11 Feb 2022, 13:38days off feel weird with my job. like my work doesn't get picked up by someone else, i essentially hit pause on whatever i'm doing and have to resume when i get back, it's annoying stressful. but also i work at home and the hours are really loose so i'm kind of spoiled already. need to do some travelin'
