Re: well, we bombed syria
"so?" do i seriously need to point out how utterly absurd the idea of 'putin, who definitely secretly controls bag of diarrhea inside another, bigger bag of diarrhea, directs him to attack his own allies, to distract the american public from the fact that putin secretly controls bag of diarrhea inside another, bigger bag of diarrhea!' is?
this is junior league usenet conspiracy trash that even NDMG would scoff at, being touted by major names at the main media organ of the democratic party. without even the tiniest shred of evidence to suggest any of the key assertions are even vaguely possible, let alone true. has everyone has completely lost their fucking mind?
the democrats are a right-wing party who simply want women, gays, and blacks to be included in the ruling class of the existing capitalist power structure. but importantly, they will never, ever call into question the fundamental need to maintain that power structure at any cost. nor will they ever question the need for endless wars across the globe.
they are a failed party with no ideas and no vision of a better future. and the very second bag of diarrhea inside another, bigger bag of diarrhea goes and starts a war or salutes the troops, the democrats predictably fall in line and praise how presidential he is and how he's really displaying serious foreign policy acumen.

i am a literal card-carrying socialist so i don't know where you're getting that i'm anti-left. i think you mistake 'criticizing the useless shitfucking democrats' as 'anti-left'. yes, i do relentlessly criticize the democrats, because the party desperately needs to be gutted and taken over by genuine opposition that actually represents the interests of ordinary people.jorsh wrote:i find it hilarious how stormy tries so hard to be anti-left

Re: well, we bombed syria
i was kidding about the putin jab. i thought it was obvious with the "get a grip"
I agree about the democrats. I just think the right is so much worse. I feel they should never not be criticized.
its been 3 months and i still can not believe this fuck knob is actually the president. it blows my mind every time i think about it.
pelosi, clinton, schumer etc etc. new blood needed indeed. but the problem is who is out there with new ideas and vision?

By all that is good and just, may the plans of the United States to overthrow the Syrian government fail, utterly.

i made the mistake of going online at a late hour after some drinks and a solid 24 hours of being in a foul-ass news-related mood. it was probably obvious but it was lost on my ignorant assjorsh wrote:i was kidding about the putin jab. i thought it was obvious with the "get a grip"

for what it's worth, i don't think i will ever fully internalize that we are ruled by a giant idiot baby from reality tv. it's not without precedent though, there are at least some surface-level parallels with reagan, who we later learned was also largely fond of pictures. and also served two terms, all in the midst of developing dementia, so, there is that to consider as well
we're fucked and i don't have any answers except that the people who are supposed to be the counterweight against these assholes are worthless and mostly just agree with them

Re: well, we bombed syria
i like how all the news article are saying 'BIGGEST NON-NUCLEAR WEAPON EVER DROPPED' making it sound like it's comparable to a nuclear weapon
little boy was 15 kilotons (15000 tons) of TNT while the MOAB was 11 tons of TNT
