i ate 1/8 in the late afternoon and another 1/8 about three hours later, was supremely mellow, fell asleep by nine o' clock and slept well

before getting my prescription refilled i was drinking cawfee every day

now that i have adhd medication once more i am no longer drinking cawfee

headaches and productivity both way up

starbucks is better than dunkins if i'm on the go and only have one of the two to choose from, but for home i get beans from a local roaster and there's just zero comparison. costs about the same too

I tried a local cawfee joint at the end of my block this morning since my closest Starbucks had to close because of a covid outbreak. It was pretty good but the same price for 4 less ounces
