I slept 9 hours, I got to bed super early when it gets dark out early. Makes getting up at 5 easier

my sleep schedule has been endlessly rotating this year, not sure if i'll ever maintain a healthy schedule

working from home has made me even lazier than i was before

i should have gone to bed early

instead i bounced around the house cleaning this and taking care of that, and in the process wound myself up. always takes forever to sleep when that happens
