I got some pizza from a local pizza place, italian folks. The pizza had a glorious amount of cheese, sausage, pepperoni, and even some cut pieces of ham. Their spices are on point too

I’m pretty much eating straight up trash again. Have been for the last 2 weeks. Pizza, cheeseburgers, tacos, pasta, pretzels, fast food, etc. Was down to 181 but I’m back up to 185

Everything in moderation my dude. Get a small or only eat a couple of slices and put the rest away to have later as leftovers

Also, don’t get it from fast food type places if at all possible. They put so much salt and sugar in their ingredients that that in and off itself makes it unhealthy. Find a good independent joint or even better - make it yourself. Pizza is deceptively easy to make even if you get pre-made dough from the grocery store (seems like most bakeries these days sell it)
